Design Projects
This interactive project was developed as part of the 2020 Vision and leadership initiatives. The goal was to clearly define what leadership meant at every level of the company. Check out the takeaway handout included in the project, highlighting the behaviors in increased transparency at the company.
The video-based lessons created for the technical training library provided quick reference learning for new hire engineers and designers. Over 30 courses were built in its first year available. Courses were built in Articulate Storyline and the library was hosted in Rise.

These icons and videos were part of the COVID-19 Clinical and Self-Care Resources series at Rush University Medical Center that helped to launch the Center for Innovative and Lifelong Learning. Quickly created to provide a resource library with instructions and a model for the transitions that happened during the beginning of 2020 and switch to remote work.
This section highlights the interactivity, multimedia, and learner engagement included and the learning checks throughout. The program offered a newly required license for practitioners in the state and generated approximately $20k in revenue in less than a year after launching.
Leadership Persona Development
This is an excerpt from a virtual instructor-led training presentation rolling out the new annual review process to all leaders and managers. Creating personas to practice with helped managers work out how they planned to approach annual reviews with different personality types.
This was a blended course with 6 online modules to be completed before the live webinars. The modules were built in Articulate Rise and the micro-learning videos within were built in Storyline.
This showcases the courses and features the CourseArc design, learner interactions, multimedia formats and assessments. You can see one of the drafts of the program as it was closing in on final review.
This was the first anything to offer information on gender-affirming care at Rush and I am proud I got to be a part of it.
